Crispy chickpea falafel from Auntie Amnah’s family recipe.
Tzatziki Salad
A crunchy medley of cucumbers, carrots, fenugreek, black caraway seeds, and garlic flavors a cold yogurt and sour cream base, garnished with dried mint.
Chickpea Salad
Whole chickpeas with a zesty mix of shallots, garlic, red bell peppers, and parsley.

Juicy chunks of skewered chicken breast marinated in spiced yogurt.

Sudanese Agashé Platter
Agashé is inspired by suya, a northern Nigerian dish brought by the Hausa people who settled in Sudan as early as the 14th century. Agashé is made with thinly sliced meat coated in ground peanuts and West African spices and grilled. In Sudan, it is enjoyed with a sprinkle of spices, a squeeze of lime juice, and freshly sliced onions. It’s delightfully spicy and addictive.
